A Personal Orientation

We’re here for you every step of the way. Our customer service team will walk you through every aspect of your home, from your residence to common areas, amenities, parking, storage and more. And if you still have questions, we’re just a phone call away.

1. Mid-Construction Walk-Through

We will contact you to schedule an appointment for a mid-construction walk-through before the drywall is installed. Once the drywall and painting are complete, the Sunridge Team will be able to set and communicate a firm possession date. *Single Family homes only. The mid construction walk-through will provide an opportunity for each buyer to meet our customer care team and ask any questions about the construction of their new home.

2. Pre-Occupancy Walk-Through

The pre-occupancy walk-through provides each buyer with a detailed orientation to their new home. At approximately 10-days prior to completion we will review the home’s features and functions with you and address any questions regarding the upcoming possession and key turnover.

3. Final Inspection

After the final inspection is passed, the home is ready for occupancy. One of Sunridge’s sales representative will reach out to you to schedule a set day and time for key turnover and possession.

4. Move-In

Welcome to your new home! We know how exciting ‘Possession Day’ is and how memorable it can be as well. Sunridge’s Service Representative, and a member of our senior management team, will meet you at your home for the key handover and a final review to answer any outstanding questions.

All homes built by Sunridge are covered by a 2-5-10 year home warranty, provided by Pacific Home Warranty Ltd. Pacific Home Warranty is made up of a group of well-respected, experienced warranty, insurance and construction professionals.
